Behind Chorlton Whisky stands David Bennett of Manchester — the consistency of quality in his bottles is remarkable. Either full maturation in ex-bourbon casks, or full maturation in sherry or wine casks. No finishes, no compromises.

Crafted with passion

Straight from Edinburgh. For the third season of 2026, Sonny released an Auchroisk maturing in Palo Cortado, an Aultmore from first-fill bourbon at cask strength, and a Loch Lomond finished in a cognac cask.
